The DPM,Ombugadu Akawu stated that the service of the Joint Security Taskforce can never be over-emphasized while considering the Herculean task of security in ensuring peace in the State.

The DPM during an interview shortly after the distribution of fifty mattresses and cash to security operatives deployed to crisis-stricken Communities of Ajimaka,Okpata, and Idadu.
Akawu stated that the State Government is committed to providing social amenities that have a direct bearing on the lives of the people by approving the construction work of boreholes at Ajimaka Community.
