Science And Technology Minister Pledges Support To Assist Gombe On Technology

The Minister of Science and Technology Dr. Ogbonnaya Onu has said there need for federal ministry of science and technology to assist Gombe government in area of technology.

 

The Minister made the disclosure yesterday in Gombe when he paid a courtesy call to governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya who was represented by his deputy Dr. Mannasah Daniel Jatau in Gombe

 

Dr. Onu who said he was on a visit to Bauchi state for a function  but decided to pay homage to Gombe state government aimed at having a relationship between the state and federal ministry of science and technology.

 

According to him,Gombe state government under the leadership of Governor Yahaya had met tremendous impact in so many things when it assume office in May 29, 2019.

 

He said as All Progressives Congress (APC) government which control Gombe state there is confident in government to carry the state to the next level.

 

In his response, Deputy governor Dr Mannasah Daniel Jatau who represented governor Inuwa Yahaya appreciated with the visit and solicit minister support to assist Gombe government in key problem that affect the state.

 

He appealed to the minister to always consider Gombe as center of even when other functions are fixed in the north east.
