Rt Hon Yipmong in a press statement made available to our medium condemned the entire killings as barbaric stressing that no religious in the world allow people to take the lives of innocent citizens.
He appealed to all sundry to embrace peace and allow us to live together as brothers and sisters because God created us to served and to respect sanctity of human lives .
Yipmong called on Plateau people not to be divided but to remain resolute and be committed to the progress of the state and Nigeria and exterminate the FULANI people. We.k Plateau people must join hands to wage war against the killers whom he explains are enemies of the state as Hausa and other ethnic nationality must come together and embrace peace .
The Deputy Speaker Hon Yipmong pledged government readiness to deal with the situation by appealing to Plateau people not allow their differences rip them apart in the face of the raging persecution.
“Yipmong who was trapped in Abuja for two days expressed his heavy heart, in view of the things happening appeal to people not let these things divide us,saying those carrying out these acts are evil against our collective interest”.
He maintained that ,”We are of different religious, ethnic and political differences but our people must partner to expose the perpetrators of the crime.
