Addressing the beneficiaries during the flag-off ceremony, the Permanent Secretary, State Ministry of Health, Pharm. He said, “Healthcare delivery is a team work, we are in the era where Government is sensitive to the needs of the people. We place high premium on health issues, our doors are open for credible partnership in the provision of healthcare services. Beneficiaries of the services should mobilize neighbours to come and benefit from the free services.”

Earlier, the Coordinator of services, Rotarian Arthur Ophiohonren disclosed that the event will last for three days in the two councils and the aim is to assist in providing healthcare services to communities and urged parents to avail themselves and their children for the services.

He stressed that “health is wealth and the services are free of charge” hence residents should take the opportunity to know their health status so that they can take care of themselves properly.
