I am aware that human beings react to things differently. And I have also learnt that every society has certain rules and guidelines within which they expect their citizens to live and conduct their affairs. To this extent certain behaviors are deemed within such a society as acceptable and why some are deemed as not acceptable. Those who behave outside the stream of what society deems acceptable are considered non-conformists and a lot of negative adjectives are used to describe them.
But the challenge here is that Nigerians are not sincere. Even, their insincerity bothers on duplicity, hypocrisy and dishonesty. Nigerians only wanted their political enemies to be exposed and probed. If it is someone they liked, they do not want the press/media to expose such a person. But If it is someone they dislike, they would be shouting themselves hoarse as to why such person has to be exposed and probed.
As one’s experience has shown, when we released our first communiqué about the recent controversial allegations of attempted sex scandal in which our honorable member who represents GAMAWA in the Federal constituency having being involved, his blind supporters came after us and called us names. They are so infuriated that some of the things they vomit were worse than that of a dog’s. They accused us of having been sponsored and paid by their political enemies.
I don’t know why Nigerians have their minds and mentality corrupted to the extent that they cannot be sincere to note the actual fact. Some people of my constituency behave like the people of Bayelsa. One still remembers how the former late governor of Bayelsa State, Dipreye Alamieyeseigha dressed like a woman to escape justice in England but was welcomed by his people with drums, dance and songs! Imagine!!!
I challenge those greedy, sycophants and blind supporters of this suspect MUHAMMAD GARBA GOLOLO, who label and accuse us of having being sponsored and paid to mention publicly those who sponsor us to move against their ‘OGA’ and state the amounts given to us.
If you don’t know what actually MURYAR TALAKA is, let me tell you that this association is an international association which has many branches in many countries, states, and local governments. The MURYAR TALAKA of GAMAWA LG. is a branch to the NATIONAL GROUP. Therefore it’s not partisan, neither corrupt nor sycophantic. And It cannot be sponsored by anybody. It’s independent and nonpolitical.
We thought that you were objective and educated enough to understand our purpose but unfortunately your greedy, covetous and selfish interests on your oga failed you to understand us; instead, you went against us and call us all names. MURYAR TALAKA is only working to find out and ascertain the veracity of the allegations labeled against him. If he proved to be innocent, this Association will venerate, vindicate him and condemn the allegations against him.
But be reminded that MURYAR TALAKA will never be scared of attacks, blackmail, intimidation and threats of assassination. No one would die twice anyway. And all sort of threat will not relent us, struggles continue until the actual fact is discovered. Human efforts, no matter how forceful can never change the hand of destiny.
