The Speaker Plateau state House of Assembly, RT Hon Titus Alams has consoled with the All Progressives Congress and People Democratic Party over the  death of their chieftains who were killed in recent attack. Alams who was at the Plateau state specialist Hospital in accompanied of other members of the house expressed shock and concerned. He urged the family to take consolidation in God and bear the lost in faith.
The Former vice chancellor, University of Jos Professor sunny Tyoden also decried the new trend of desperation in plateau politics and the level of killing among political parties.
Tyoden made this known to our correspondent during the funeral service of the late Samuel Doro at RCM church Kurra Berom ,Gashish in Barkin Ladi LGA of Plateau state.
He described it as unfortunate the level of assassination going on in the state which gave him a great concern on the plight of villagers.  Tyoden said, it is the unfortunate development we don’t know the motive behind, this is a development that we all need to be concern about.
Added, “Plateau politics has never been this violence, this new trend of desperation is gradually creeping into the state politics and we need to imbibe security measure to nip it on the bud.
“I don’t think we need to split blood to achieve power because power belongs to God , we are calling on federal government to redouble their effort in the area of security surveillance as we move nearer and nearer there is likely to be this re-occurrence .
We are appealing to security apparatus to be up and doing because this is the time they need to be vigilant.
The remains of the All Progressives congress, chieftain was yesterday laid to rest in his home town Kura forced the Barkun Ladi Local Government.
The late Da Samuel Doro was born to the familiy of Da late Doro Hwei and Ngo Vou Donoh of Kurra Berom in Gashish District, Barkin Ladi on the 15th November, 1965.
He attended LSB primary School Kakuruk from 1975-1981 were he obtained his first school leaving certificate. He joined politics during the defunct SDP; he later joined APP in 1994 where he served as an Exco member in Kurra Falls ward.
He later joined ANPP in 1999 and served as the ward chairman Kurra falls in 2007, he decamped to PDP, where he also served as the ward.
The All Progressives congress, Chairman in Plateau state said information available to the secretariat revealed that the gunmen were 15 in numbers; they went from house to house asking the people of the APC ward chairman before gunning down in front of the family.

He condemned the politics of assassination which the secretariat is deeply concerned, about.  Dabang said the brutality murdered of our colleague by suspected gunmen at his resident in the evening at about 8; PM leaving behind a wife and children need to end.
