The Chairman Central Planning Committee for launching of Plateau Southern and Central Unity Forum, Hon .Haji Pangkughai Irmiya has called on Plateau citizens to disregard the false information being circulated by the defeated group of John Jurbe as baseless.
In a statement made available to the media on Friday in Jos ,Irimiya urges citizens to disregard the information that the launching would not hold.

He said, the elected Chairman of Plateau Southern and Central Unity Forum is ,Hon .Pankshak John Verenkat all arrangements has been concluded for tomorrow’s event at Solomon Daushep Lar park.
According to him, Mr John Jurbe contested the seat of Chairmanship of the Plateau Southern and Central Unity Forum and he was defeated but is plotting to disrupt the Forum by launching fake and misguided utterances.
He said that the attention of the LOC had been drawn to the information being circulated, on social media working hard to blackmail and cause acrimony between the peace loving members of the Forum .
Irimiya stated that the false information had requested members of the public to see that the launching can’t hold but we are confirming our position that nothing can stop the launching from holding tomorrow .
“The general public is advised to disregard such information as the LOC has mandated sons and daughters of the Forum come out and support the Forum launching .
“The originators of such false news are, therefore, warned to desist from using the name of the Plateau southern and central unity Forum in their dubious and nefarious activities to fleece unsuspecting members of the public,” he said.
