Plateau PDP Crisis Latest: Hon Badung Group Files For Restraining Order To Stop Sango From Parading Self As PDP Chairman

The People Democratic Party (PDP) factional Leader led by Hon Gyang Badung has headed to the Federal High Court to obtain injunction order restraining Hon Damishi Sango from attending the forthcoming convention.

In a press statement made available to this medium by the PRO, Hon Emmanuel Macham in Jos on Saturday, the Badung group said, they tend to restrain the other group from any activities including all activities concerning the national convention.

It was gathered that this is more trouble for Hon Damishi Sango led Plateau PDP faction, as Hon Badung Gyang Pam faction of the PDP heads to federal high court to obtain an interlocutory injunction restraining order to stop Sango from embarking on further activities, and stop parading himself as Chairman.

The statement called on the national caretaker committee of PDP and convention committee Abuja, PLASIEC Plateau state, the Nigerian Police Force, the State Security Service, NSCDC and INEC to stop  recognizing/having any dealings or transactions with Damishi Sango led faction pending the determination of the suit filed by Sango faction at the JMDB court in Jos.
