Plateau ADC Decries Secretariat Defaced With Buhari’s Billboards

The Chairman of African Democratic Congress, ADC, Plateau state His Excellency, Sabiu Ibrahim Musa has decried high level of impunity where All Progressive Congresss, APC, state chapter had defaced their secretariat with billboards of Muhammadu Buhari/Osinbajo.

Musa disclosed this to our correspondent at the party secretariat on Thursday, lamented that the way and manner the APC want to use the billboards in causing clash of interest is highly condemnable.

According to him, their secretariat located around Masallacin Jumaa road and Maternity round give their supporters’ great concern,”so we are using this opportunity called on security to quickly address the issue before it escalate.

The State Chairman, Hon Saibiu Ibrahim said the party disown Mr Joseph Bitrus candidature, as none member of the ADC by calling on anyone who transact business with him does so on his own.

Musa stated that Richard Ponkap Nature is only candidate that fulfill all the conditions of party and went through primaries with transfer of one million on the 1st November, 2018 best on constitution of the party.

He said, Richard Bature was certified as a registered member of ADC and he is entitled to all the benefit accessible to all members in the good standing.

Musa maintained that the National working committee, NWC, led by Chief Ralph Okey Nwosu and the Secretary, Alh Said Baba Abdullahi do hereby certify and confirm Ponkap Bature on the 6th October, 2018 to run for the governorship position under the platform of ADC.

We are appealing to the teeming supporters of our great party ADC, that Mr Joseph Bitrus was never our member neither a card carrier of the ADC .

Musa noted that our letter dated 4 -10-2018 ,we invited the commissioner of Police ,Plateau state command ,Director state security service ,and Nigeria Union of Journalists for the state primaries on 5-09-2018 when they all witness the affirmation Ponkap Bature as the ADC flagbearer .

The case has been adjourned to 7th February, 2019 for mention between Ponkap Bature, Plaintiff and Joseph Bitrus the defendant.
