Phd Student Begins Training Of 50 Youth On Solar, DSTV Installation, Others In Bauchi

A PhD student from the University of Maryland in the United States of America, Engineer Chongkon Haruna Zamani on Wednesday commenced the training and empowerment of over fifty (50) youth on how to mount Solar, DSTV and House Wiring system in Bogoro local government area of Bauchi State.
Speaking to Newsmen during the commencement of the empowernment program, Engineer Chongkon Haruna Zamani said that the training will last for good 14 days, adding that the training will enable the beneficiaries become self-reliant and not to be dependent on other people.
Chongkon who is the initiator of the program, said that the training was aimed at targeting the teaming Youth at the community level to be equipped with the necessary knowledge in modern business techniques.
According to him, the Youths would trained very well on how to install Solar, DSTV Installation and Wiring system in order to curb restiveness in the society.
He also explained that apart from the knowledge, the training will also create an avenue for the Youth groups to add value to their communities.
The initiator of the empowernment program, Engr. Chongkon Haruna Zamani therefore, called on the government at all levels and wealth to do individuals to come to their shoes and support the empowerment program to enable in reaching more Youth in different value chain programs in the stste and beyong.
On his part, Mr. Hassan Yohanna who is one of the facilitator on solar installation, said the training will also equip the teaming Youth with basic knowledge on how the Youth can be able to meet up with the present challenge of lack of employment that is affecting people in the country.
Hassan explained that today “Most of our teaming Youth in rural dweller’s communities didn’t know how to use the modern technology in DSTV, Solar installation and House Wiring in their day to their businesses, therefore, the for them to be equipped with the knowledge.
He therefore, calls on all the participants to focus on the program In order to learn more for the betterment of his future.
Speaking on behalf of the participants, Yahaya John appreciated the initiator for of the program Engr. Chongkon Haruna Zamani for the gesture shown to the youth, saying that the initiative will brighten their future.
Mr. Yahaya John promise to give their full cooperation to those who will facilited the program, prays for the success of the two weeks training.
