The Coordinator of Dr Peter Obi Mass Movement Plateau State Chapter Evangelist Jacob Adukwu has declared two days of free medical outreach for treatment to vulnerable women, men, and people who are suffering from various diseases, as part of a support for the 2023 presidential campaign promises to Nigerians.
Evangelist Adukwu stated this during the flag-off ceremony held at , Lilong international spectrum energy room and energy bucket opposition Jankwano, Evangel Hospital, Jos.
He said what attracted him to embark on drumming support for Peter Obi movement was burnt out of his desire to vote for a credible person that can bring Nigeria and the entire Africa out of the present economic mess.
Adukwu explained that, “what I’m doing is that this is my own office which I felt I should use it to conduct free medical treatment as a donation towards the campaign considering the hardship many Nigerian are undergoing and there are no resources on the ground “
“We are praying fervently to ensure that Dr. Peter Obi win the forthcoming general elections and that along might secure the future of our children if given the mandate come 2023 election,” he said.
The state chapter embarked on two days of free medical outreach towards the campaign for Peter Obi /Datti Bab-Ahmed and a vote for them would secure the future of our children and the upcoming generations, he added.
According to him, Nigerians should carefully vote for the pedigree of people who can deliver the dividends of democracy to them and transform the country from being over-dependent to an industrial nation, what I saw in the Peter Obi movement is a clear demonstration of God’s hand manifesting in Nigeria.
“We can see people sacrifice resources toward the electioneering campaign and the way and manner the awareness is going on there is hope for this great country, Nigeria is going rise again “, he stated.
When comparing the Peter Obi movement and what happened in the 2015 general elections, where Nigerian suffered for President Muhammadu Buhari , Evangelist Jacob Adukwu disclosed that every man makes mistakes but where he or she became a slave to his mistakes is no longer welcome so our first mistake of supporting him which is now a lesson for all of us.
Jacob debunked the allegations peddling that Igbos don’t use to come out to vote during the election in Nigeria but this time around they are battle ready for the forthcoming general elections because Nigeria belongs to all of us.
He noted Muslim-Muslim ticket introduced by the APC is a wrong decision and is not healthy for the unity of Nigeria does that mean that there are no qualified Christian as running mate Ahmed Tinubu or the platform didn’t find any Christian in the north worthy to occupy the position of vice president, we are seriously in a mess.
He condemned the political ideas to create artificial hatred and religious acrimony between the two major religious.
Evangelist Jacob cautioned that for Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar to jettison the zoning arrangement is baseless and that decision is capable of plunging the future of Nigeria into another crisis.
He appealed to all Nigerians to open their eyes and vote for Dr Peter Obi/Datti to reposition Nigeria for better service delivery by making it the hub of Africa and the world.
