Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo, the Senior Pastor and founder of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) is currently being detained at Nigerian Police Force Headquarters in Abuja.
Pastor Fatoyinbo had surrendered himself for questioning over rape allegations leveled against him by Mrs. Busola Dakolo.
It would be recalled that Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo was also invited by a panel set up by the Pentecostal Fellowship (PFN) of Nigeria to investigate allegations of rape against him but he was said to have shunned the invitation.
Fatoyinbo, however, explained that he was advised by his lawyers not to appear before the panel because it was prejudiced and may not conduct an impartial session.
The Pastor is currently being quizzed by Police investigators at Force CID Headquarters in Abuja.
