Pandemonium In Government House Lafia As Security Officials Threatened To Shoot APC’s State Secretary, Aliyu Bello
Hell was let loose today at Nasarawa State Government House Lafia when Security Operatives at the Government House involved in a brawl with the secretary of the All Progressive Congress, APC in the State, Mr. Aliyu Bello.
Universalreporters247.com reliably gathered that the security operatives in the government acted on the orders of the Governor who has directed that the Security men should not allow any APC chieftain into the Government House except on his invitation.
This medium learnt that when the State APC’s secretary got to the first gate of the Government House, he was stopped by the Security men at the gate, but somehow he managed to pass through; but upon reaching the second gate he met a stiffer opposition as the security men at the second gate stopped him and told him to go back, based on the order that were given to them, an order which the Secretary refused as he said must pass the gate.
Universalreporters247.com gathered that party’s secretary resistance did not go down well with the security operatives manning the gate, as one of the Security Operatives told him that he will shoot him if he refuses to go back, but Mr. Aliyu replied back and told him that he cannot shoot him.
However, the situation got to another level when one of the Security men pulled the trigger of his of which a stray bullet brushed one of the Police Officers at the gate, a situation which spread panic in the Government House.
On seeing a renewed hostility between the security men and the Secretary of the party, one of the security men shot on the Secretary’s Car Tyre and tyre got busted.
This paper gathered that it took the intervention of the people inside the government house and outside to quell the crisis.
When universalreporters247.com contacted the Director of Press Government, he said he cannot say anything on the matter as he is not in the know of our question, but that he will issue a press release tomorrow morning after due confirmation of the matter.
Also, when universalreporters247.com spoke with Aliyu Bello the Party’s secretary, he vehemently denied it, he told universalreporters247.com that nothing of such happened, adding further that it was imagination of our informant, claiming that it is false.
However, this medium learnt from Government House sources that the Secretary is being economical with the truth as the governor and the party are making all efforts to kill the issue before it degenerate into a serious situation that will destabilise the party and affect the fortune of the party in the state especially as the 2015 election approaches.
