Pandemonium broke out this morning in Bauchi, at the popular Muda-Lawan market when irate youths were said to have burn to ashes a suspected female suicide bomber.
According to an eyewitness, the burning of the suspected female suicide bomber followed the resistance of the suspect to summit herself for screening before the market security at the entrance of the market square.
Speaking the eyewitness said; “the female suicide bomber suspect, refused to summit herself before the security and that made it suspicious as there has been bombers on the prowl targeting markets and bus stations in recent times.”
It was gathered that an attempt by a Good Samaritan to save the suspected female bomber from the angry youths failed as she was mob to death before the arrival of police.
This development was said to have forced traders to hurriedly close their shops for fear of being attack by angry youths.
DSP Haruna Mohammed Bauchi state police spokesman who confirmed the incident to Universalreporters247.com said that investigation is on progress to unravel the cause of the incident.
