Speaker of the Ondo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Jumoke Akindele has resigned her position as the Speaker.
In a letter dated 20th March, 2017, and addressed to the Clerk of the State House of Assembly, showed that other principal officers of the House of Assembly also resigned.
According to the letter their resignations is based on the change in the geopolitical permutation in the State.
