The former Governor of lmo State and Senator Representing lmo West senatorial District, Senator Rochas Okorocha, has described the Kaduna-bound train attack, as a national disaster.
He also described the incident as a new dimension to the nation’s security challenge.
Senator Okorocha urged Nigerians, both at home and in diaspora, to remain steadfast, in praying for the nation and for the victims of the ugly and shocking incident.
He prayed God Almighty to grant the souls of those who lost their lives in the mayhem, eternal rest. And grant members of their respective families, the fortitude to bear these great losses.
Okorocha also prayed God, to give those wounded in the attack, including those in the hospital, quick recovery.
He expressed optimism that one day , the challenge of insecurity, confronting the nation at the moment, will become a thing of the past.
Okorocha noted that, the Kaduna- bound train attack , was also an eye-opener, to a new dimension to the issue of insecurity on our roads and explained that steps must now be taken, to ensure that such incident does not happen again.
