Samuel Ukwenga  Udeh, ( Eze Umuokorobia) on his recent appointment as the Imo State Chairman of NURTW by the Shared Prosperity Government of Governor Hope Uzodinma.

Speaking on behalf of the union, the National Trustee of NURTW, Chief Harbert Iwuji, expressively commended the State Government on the appointment of Hon.Ukwenga Ude (Ezeumuokorobia) as the NURTW State Chairman, even as he described his appointment as well-deserved.

“He who laboured and suffered in the past with pure heart must in-turn be rewarded by divinity and humanity. Hon.Ude has paid his dues. He has positively impacted the growth, unity, and peace of NURTW. We are very happy with his appointment. There is no doubt on the recent leadership position of Ezeumuokorobia”, Iwuji disclosed.

“Now we have a core union member as Everything will be already. Samuel is a good man. We shall work together with him. Anyone sacked unlawfully should report to the office of the Chairman. With Samuel, Imo NURTW has come to stay. But do not put Samuel under pressure, he has all it takes to deliver”, the National Trustee maintained.

“Do not deceive Ezeumuokorobia rather show him your commitments as your union Boss in Imo. There is something that motivated his appointment with Governor Uzodinma. God will protect his stay and leadership in Imo”, Chief Iwuji advised.

Adding his voice, the NURTW State Administrative Secretary, in his testimonies, revealed that he witnessed the Handover note/ ceremonies and Letter of Appointment of Ezeumuokorobia, dated 14th Sept.2021, as he was charged to discharge his duties and must be in line with the 3R’s mantra of Governor Uzodinma Shared Prosperity.

The Administration Secretary of Imo NURTW, Comrade Franklin Uchehara, therefore, encouraged all the members of Imo NURTW to support the leadership of Ezeumuokorobia for the growth of the State and the Union.

Responding, the celebrity Hon. Samuel Ukwenga  Udeh ( Eze Umuokorobia), expressed delight at the warm reception accorded him, even as he expressed satisfaction on his appointment by the Governor of Imo State. He vowed to deliver as the State Chairman of NURTW.

“Now that I am appointed as your Chairman, we must commend Governor Uzodinma for making us proud. Our problems are over with the right man as your State Chairman. Those leading us in the past were not members of the union. Days of imposters as leaders of Imo NURTW are gone and history. A banker cannot be a farmer. There are owners of the union”, Ezeumuokorobia submitted.

“My emergence as the NURTW State Chairman in Imo is a replica of our “Late  Mayor”, the union shall be restored. I want all hands to be on deck. Those illegally removed from henceforth should be returned under my watch”, Hon.Ukwanga stated.

The Imo State NURTW Chairman in his advice, charged his members to remain steadfast in Christ and do away with any means of fetishes.

He expressively warned against all forms of diabolism from amongst his members but promised to restore those sacked within 7 days.

On the issue of the current fuel scarcity, Hon. Ezeumuokorobi called on the owners of filling stations in Imo State to disperse premium motor spirit correctly and do the right.

“We are using this opportunity to call them (filling station owners) to order. They must do the right thing or face the consequences from the refined members of Imo NURTW”, Udeh warned.

He, therefore, disclosed his intent to form what he tagged as “Restoration Committee” which would be set up for effective harmonization of some aggrieved members of the union.

Meanwhile, the Imo NURTW State Chairman encouraged his members to be patient with the government of Sen.Uzodinma, even as he cited the Holy Bible from the book of St.John 5:7.
