Former president of the National Union of Bauchi State Students, NUBASS Comrade Muhammad Salees Gamawa has dismissed the allegations that he is engineering youths who are criticizing Governor Muhammad Abdullahi Abubakar’s administration.

This was contained in a press statement signed by Gamawa’s spokesman Mukhtar Muhammad and made available to newsmen.

The statement added that some enemies of progress misinterpreted the recent movement by gallant youths in Bauchi State to take the leadership of the state come 2019 as a plan by Gamawa to frustrate GMA’s administration.

“We are in Democratic society, so everybody can criticize government for his personal aspirations, I criticize GMA’s administration for its failures but I see no reason to sponsor others. Criticism doesn’t mean demolishing someone’s leadership; rather it clarifies best on how to handle his leadership. Any leader who loses criticism then his leadership is weak,    He who wins leadership without criticism, he doesn’t satisfy his people with love rather with fear “the statement added.

The statement added that “As of now, we have limited time to concentrate on their government; we are now attending Pan-African Peace Movement and Development in Abuja, by next I will be in Ghana for Secure Africa Integrated Security Solutions before I move to UK, USA, Morocco, and Doha for international youth conferences”.

The statement further commended the courage of Bauchi State youth for their concern about the condition of the state and urged them endure the challenges they might encounter in the process.
