Lar promised put to an end to the activities of Boko Haram in the country because they have caused more damage to many families.
Lar appealed to INEC to ensure that no Nigerian citizens are disenfranchised from this exercise.
All the aspirants in Plateau state seeking for elective positions for various seat under People democratic party ,PDP, converged at the state party secretariat yesterday.
Hon Beni Lar after the screening expressed satisfaction with the process by calling on INEC for the extension to an additional two weeks.
Lar said ,there is confidence in the team of the screening committee because they are men of high integrity.
Chairman of National PDP screening committee ,Prof. Patrick Ndubuisu has expressed his determination of the screening committee to discharge its function effectively without any biased interest .
He noted that considering the challenges in the exercise they will strictly follow the party guidelines that is handed over to them .Ndubuisu promised to be fair to all aspirants in Plateau state .
The five members of the committee include the Chairman Professor Patrick Ndubuisu ,secretary SANI Yakubu Kirfi ,member Hassan Mohammed Ngur ,Grant Orugbani and Benjamin Ayuba Kagara .
He expressed confidence in the conduct of the aspirants which he said they committee will follow strictly the constitution of the party without being biased to anyone .
“We assured the people of plateau state and Nigerian of credible leadership” ,our drive is to show transparency in the conduct by contributing positively in putting together the exercise of selection people of unquestionably characters”.
