Chairman Nigeria Barr Association (NBA) Plateau state branch Barr Ledak Dazuk Dafer has disclosed that the tasks before him is to unite the NBA ,Jos for effective and functional development as members of one family.
Dafer restated the during the bye election of the NBA Plateau state at High court 9 west of mine ,Jos.
He vowed to complete the NBA complex which was started by his predecessor, saying the project is so dire to his heart.
Speaking on the existing relationship with the Government, Dafer says, the NBA cannot function properly without the assistant of government likewise the Government can’t be effective without them so to function within government also need advice ,the government had to partner with the necessary arms to progress.
We have to move with issues that would bring development and progress to the people of plateau state.
Dafer ,however ,lamented that some the challenges faced by the judiciary has to do with infrastructures development and court congestion, adding as newly sworn in president we battle ready to work in partnership with Anthony General of Plateau state to put an end the situation by ensuring we enjoy mutual relationship at all level.
He noted the big problems are the numbers cases before the jurists, sometimes about 10 which will take the whole day exercise and making the job cumbersome for the judges.
When we have more court rooms the judiciary will enjoy and more manpower will be employed to help easy dispensation of cases in reducing unnecessary court decongestion.
When I came during my campaign I was able to visit all the factions, which we all agree to work as family.
