National Congress of Democrats, recalls Its suspended National Chairman Bibi, Secretary

Alhaji-Abubakar-Dogonyaro-Bibi-292x159National Congress for Democrats (NCD) has recalled it suspended  National Chairman and secretary, Dogon-Yaro Bibi and Yakubu Alhaji Jibrin, after  setting  up a committee to investigate the allegations levelled against the duo.

It could be recalled that a communiqué signed by the Congress Interim Chairman of the NCN and Secretary, Comrade Mu’azu Azare and Ibrahim Ahmad Anka of the NCD issue  at the end of their meeting held at late Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Tomb in Bauchi unanimously resolved to suspend the two officials of the congress.

It accused the National Chairman and the Secretary for corruption practices  and for allegedly embarking in  activities that violate the NCD constitution, it also level  allegations which  include incompetence, using the organization to pursue selfish interests, and engaging in campaign of calumny and character assassination, among others.

A statement Issued  and signed by acting Chairman  Hon Mamman Zodo and the secretary Barrister James J Audu, made available to newsmen in Bauchi Today, it said after receiving the report of the investigative Committee set up in respect of the allegations levelled against two National officers was cleared.

The statement, said the Committee after thorough investigation did not found the allegations with that magnitude, the Executive Council Of NCD hereby recalled the National Chairman and the Secretary with immediate effect.

It said “the two National Officers are the National Chairman Alhaji Abubakar Bibi Dogo and the Secretary Yakubu Ali Jibrin to resume duty immediately”.
