The State Chairman of the Judiciary Union of Nigeria, JUSUN Nasarawa State Chapter, has embarked on an indefinite strike, pressing for their demand, which they said the Chief Judge of the state, Justice Aisha Bashir Aliyu, is the one who is playing pranks with their entitlement.
While addressing its members on Friday morning, he admonished them not to insult or jeopardize the movement of the public.
The Chairman, who was addressing JUSUN members in tears, said on several occasions the Chief Judge of the state described him as a hijacker of the entire process
JUSUN has, however, invoked the Wrath of the Most High to humiliate those playing pranks over their right, stating that Plateau State is using the table of Nasarawa State JUSUN.
According to the Secretary of JUSUN, while addressing their members said the Chief Judge was threatening them with disdain, not like the time of former Chief Judge Justice Ubangari Alaku and Justice Maina, who will join the protesting staff of JUSUN.
The Chairman, Muhammad Mas’ud, pleaded with members to always stand for their rights, saying a united house is stronger than a divided house.

The Chairman recalled that in the last two years, some category of workers were employed as their sons and daughters.
He said some of the humiliating words were that they would transfer us to the hinterland. I know of our member who was recently transferred to Azara and Manqar in Wamba Local Government Area; the transfer serves as a punishment to him.

The Chairman opined that a committee should be set up to probe the activities of the High Court for the past two years under Justice Aisha Bashir Aliyu.
“The strike started with the drivers who were supposed to start work on Monday; however, he told members to follow due process. What Aliyu Doma was paid at that time was N111,000, while level one was receiving N156,000 and Plateau State was collecting N93,000.
