The chairman of the concerned group of the Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria,Nasarawa state chapter, says Jimoh Musa remains the chairman of the Union
He disclosed this shortly after a meeting between the two factions held at Labour House when called by selected Journalists to comment on the behave of the concerned group, Noma said Jimoh Musa remains the authentic chairman of the Union.
Jimoh Musa in an interview commended members of JUSUN in the state for bearing the hardship faced during what he described as a trying moment for the Union.
Adding that there is light at the end of the tunnel, He called on members to remain calm and resolute at all times.
On the controversial tenure of the chairman which is generating heat at the Nasarawa state chapter of the Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria, The chairman averred that the JUSUN Nasarawa chapter has resolved to present the issue of tenure of chairman before the delegate conference in Ibadan.
“We will present our matter before the national body of our Union and any resolution reached, we will abide by it”.
He commended the concerned group for their understanding and resolved to end the three years of impasses that cost a lot of havoc to the Union.
When asked further on the backlog of dues amounting to N2.5m in the coffers of the High court, The chairman said is part of the reason why the Union has to shed their sword to work as a United family.
As at press time, the resolution turn rowdy as a member of the concerned group prevented the former factional leader,Noma Mohammed from granting an interview to Journalists at the premises of Labour House.
If not for the swift intervention of Jimoh Musa and Journalists at the premises, the fiasco would have led to a free for all fight.
The Public Relations Officer, Enoch Ali Maku as at press time enquire on the whereabouts of the Chief Judge of Nasarawa State, Justice Suleiman Umar Dikko, the pro buttressed that the CJ was attending a valedictory session at Niger state.
