The Leadership of Miyetti Allah and Kautal Hore in Nigeria,Alh Gidado Idris Bebeji Comr Umar Ibrahim Maudo has called on the federal government of Nigeria to address the incessant attacks, kidnapping and banditry in North-Central, Southwest, and Northeast of the country which has post danger to the development of our democracy.
In a press statement made available to our medium by Comr Umar Ibrahim Maudo in Jos, says the country need rapid development in the area of physical and infrastructural development.
The statement called on the Executive Governors of Niger, Ondo, Oyo states and the leadership of the North Central states to address killings of innocent Fulani’s that are not involved in the act of criminality.
They condemned the attacks, kidnapping in Niger state , tasked the Governor put in a measure on the ground to stop the farmers, herders clashes and allow farmers to go about their farming activities while herders are provided with grazing land to prevent similar gesture in Zamfara state.
The statement appealed to the Federal, State Government and security agencies to tackle killings of Sabon Rijiya Mashigu LGA and Kontagora road when over 30 Fulani’s where massacre in one day at about 10 am on Saturday 23th January 2021.
The statement read that Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue state of introducing tax payment for any Fulani’s animals bill proposed Fulani laws that enter the state and will pay 2,000 Ransom per cow is anti-federal government constitution.
They warn the federal government not to allow such bill to scale through as what will follow back will not produce a son that have eye’s and nothing good will come out from it.
Gidado Idris federal government securities are capable of tackling insecurity in north-central states and Nigeria and Vigilante should not be used for assisting any security in north-central Zone as they are not legally backed by law.
He called on the Federal Government to impose a state of Emergency on any state that the Government cannot secure life and properties of Fulani’s in the state.
It’s happened in Plateau state during Governor Dariye when Obasanjo imposed a state of emergency in the state if this is not done, there would be no peace in central Zone and Nigeria.
