Member Nasarawa State House Of Assembly Decried Incessant Attack By Fulani Pastoralists On Doma Community

Hon.Mohammed Okpede, the member representing Doma North constituency at the Nasarawa State House of Assembly has called on the state government to curb the unabated attacks meted on people of Doms community by people he identify as Fulani headers.

Okpede in a sallah message lament the increasing number of people whose hands were amputated at their farms in Doma local government as quit disturbing.

“Our people no longer go to farm because of the unabated attack by Fulani headers.

Calling on governor Umaru Tanko Al-Makura to set up a machinery in place to end the increasing rate of attacks in his constituency for the interest of peace and harmony.

The Hon.member described peace as the only way to foster growth and rapid development of every state and nation.

As pleaded with the people of his constituency to remain calm and resolute following the incessant attack meted on them by Fulani headers.
