The Executive Chairman of Langtang North Local Government Council, Hon. Ubandoma Joshua Laven on behalf of the people of Langtang North Local Government congratulates the Executive Chairman of Quan Pan Local Government Council Hon Isaac Kyale Kwallu on his victory at the State High Court.
Hon. Laven described the judgment passed by Hon. Justice Nafisah Lawal Musa of the State High Court 9 as a victory for democracy, urged Hon. Isaac Kwallu to see his victory as an act of God and to remain focused on continuing the good work he has begun for the people of Quan Pan.
