Jigawa Polytechnic Gets Approval For New Courses

The Jigawa state polytechnic has gotten the approval for new courses; the courses are ND Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Design, Building Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, ND and HND on Computer Engineering.

This was disclosed by the registrar of the school   Malam Hussaini Iliyasu Jahun  in an exclusive interview with our Reporter  in his office , he said the school has also got approval on science subject which include HND On Physics ,Biology And Chemistry ,Public Administration And Business Administration ,other courses include national diploma in social development and many other new courses in the Polytechnic .

He also said courses such as community health, and food nutrition with three other courses in engineering will soon commence.

In the area of water scarcity which is seriously affecting the students and teachers in the schools, he said the management of the school has taken measure to overcome the water shortage in the school.

The registrar stated that school clinic has been fully renovated and equipped with modern facilities which include diagnosis machine as well as receiving good supply of drugs.
