A Jos-based businessman, Mallam Jamilu Abdulsallami has congratulated the People Redemption Party, PRP, candidate on his victory at the just concluded Election Tribunal for bye Election in Jos North/Bassa Federal Constituency which declared him the winner by calling on him to extend the hands of fellowship and tribes, nationality residents in Jos, Plateau state.
Abdulsallami stated this during his interaction with journalists at Hill station junction, civil Service club, Jos.
He employed Hon Muhammadu Alkali , alias Dan London to carry everyone alone towards promoting the tenet of democracy by ensuring that he spread his developmental projects across Muslim and Christian communities.
Abdulsallami admonished all politicians to shun politics of bitterness and all manner of acrimony because Nigeria is on by the path of transformation.
He said, ” Hon Muhammadu Alkali alias DanLondon has contributed a lot to the well-being of vulnerable members of the society, and seeing his landslide victory at bye-election is an indication that he is a man of people” .
Abdulsallami disclosed that what the country needs now is someone of his caliber to bring his wealth of experience to revamp back and reposition our state on the path of development and human capital development.
He challenged the electorates to always make the right choice of leadership that have a people-oriented program of hon Alkali who is a man of integrity that loves delivering dividends of democracy to the teeming unemployed youths.
Abdulsallami urged him to embrace all ethnic groups in Jos North/Bassa Federal Constituency and should take the issue of women and youth empowerment as his topmost priority.
