ITF DG, Ari, Mgt. Staff Eulogizes Mrs. Dakwak For Her Forthrightness, Charges Her To Keep That Part In Retirement

The Director General of Industrial Training Funds, ITF, Sir Joseph Ntung Ari, and the management staff have described Mrs. Dakwak Lami Selle, who just retired from the Institute as a forthright person worthy of emulation.

Eulogizing her during a Thanksgiving Church service held in her honour, the senior staff members noted the remarkable improvement she made in the fund during her time in the office as the director for research/planning.

Joseph Ari described the commitment and punctuality of Mrs Dakwak as a well-deserved visionary of a leader who have contributed development of the research finding.

He tasked the staff of ITF to emulate the relationship built by the outgone director for research, planning in their future endeavor

The Director General expressed joy that aside from official work, many of the staff still find it necessary to celebrate Mrs. Dakwak, praying that the friendship struck at the office will continue beyond ITF.

He urged Mrs. Dakwak to keep the character she exhibited during her service in the ITF

Describing her as a sister and a friend, he says he prayed when they also left office, that something very good would be said about them, adding, “We have every cause to celebrate with you more and more.”

Some of the staff on their part, explained how Mrs. Dakwak helped them when it came to the funds, adding that they became close when she was the director.

They expressed how Mrs. Dakwak was good to them and how she inspired most of them during her service, adding, “You inspired some of us. You have retired and not tired. God will continue to see you through.”

The staff noted how she related with him humorously, adding, “She was the person who told me that if opportunity is not given, you will not know the capacity of some people.”

Responding, Mrs. Dakwak thanked the management staff for their gesture and kind words. She also thanked them for the honour given to her and prayed that God would continue to sustain the ITF.
