Ishaya Itse’s APC Faction Suspends Him As Factional Chairman Over Alleged Anti-Party Activities

The Ishaya Itse faction of Plateau All Progressives Congress,  APC,   has suspended its Plateau state embattled Chairman Hon Ishaya Itse  over allegations of malfeasance, corruption and  anti- party activities.

Hon Zhatau the factional secretary, in a statement he made available to this this medium, disclosed that the party deemed it necessary to suspend a airing member that breech the party guidelines .

Hon Itse suspension was contained in a letter sent to him by the Plateau State chapter and it was signed by the State  secretary, Hon Nanman Maimagani Zhatau .

The APC  asked Hon .Ishaya Itse to quit his position pending when full investigations into allegations against him will be concluded.

He is expected to hand over all court the  documents and properties in his custody to the state’s factional Exco  who shall henceforth act on it ,as they head to appeal court in Plateau state .

Hon Zhatau said the decision was imperative as the report was due to be copied to the National Disciplinary Committee of the Party for  the allegations and complaints against him on collection of N2 millions bribe .

Hon Nanman Maimagani   called on  supporters in the state to remain calm, law abiding and shun any act of violence that may arise from his suspension.

He said, “all loyal party members should remain steadfast and resolute because the current situation is just a phase and it will fade away as usual”.

The APC embattled leader commended the Chairman of Langtang South Local Government Council ,Hon Vincent Bulus for his grassroots transformation and empowerment going on with building roads ,he explained .

We have appealed  and everyone was served with the necessary documents towards promoting the tenets of democracy in Plateau state and Nigeria .
