Imo Police Arrest Fake Prophet Over Murder Case In Owerri North

On the 6/09/2019 at about 11:00hrs, one EMEKA Ezeji reported to the Imo State Police Command Owerri, about the disappearance of his brother, one Princewill Ezeji ‘M’ ,as a result operatives of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad SARS commenced investigation into the incident with a view to unravel the mystery surrounding the death as well as the perpetrators of the dastardly act.

 

However, through diligent and painstaking investigation, the following suspects were arrested::-

1. MBONU MICHEAL ‘M’ (PROPHET) 27YRS
2. NWOGU ANSELM ‘M’ 59 YRS
3. BLESSING MICHEAL ‘F’ 25YRS
4. CHIDINMA GODWIN ‘F’ 27YRS
5. KINGSLEY UDEMBA ‘M’ 24YRS.

 

It is noteworthy that the late young PRINCEWILL EZEJI, who until his sudden demise was a graduate of Philosophy, who bought a Lexus Car with REG.No.WER 34 GL, and went to show same car to his Prophet, (Mbonu Micheal) and since then nothing was heard about him, and he has never been seen again.

 

Moreover, the said Prophet Micheal Mbonu led operatives of the Police to a place where they saw the remains (dead body) of the late PRINCEWILL EZEJI, also, the car, phone, and sim card belonging to the deceased were recovered from the said Prophet, also recovered were, Holy Bible and various kinds of charms.

 

Prior to the arrests, KINGSLEY UDEMBA ,approached the family of the deceased and informed them that he knows were the late PRINCEWILL is, he  claimed that he abducted him because he is owing him some amount of money, and if paid, he will produce him, as such he collected a ransom of Nine Hundred and Sixty Thousand naira,(N960,000),only for the family to discover later that he knows nothing about the whereabouts of the deceased.

 

All the information was revealed to the public by the Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO,SP Orlando Godson Ikeokwu, who confirmed that all the suspects have confessed to their evil activities.

 

The ungodly incident took place at Agbala in Owerri North LGA of Imo State.
