Nasarawa State Universal Basic Education Board, NSUBEB Chairman Dr.Kassim Muh’d Kassim , has said that he is ready to give my all to ensure basic education works in the state.
In chat with journalist he said; “I have personally observed the furniture situation in the classes, taken pictures of students sitting on bare floors, and seen pupils standing or sitting on the floor in most schools in Nasarawa State.
“In some classes, there are no chairs, while others have broken ones, forcing pupils to sit on the remnants of the furniture or on the floor. The pupils are struggling to learn under these conditions, but they have no alternative. I am determined to change this situation completely, and I am happy that Governor Sule is willing to provide the necessary support.
“I will not sit in the office; I am a field chairman, ready to give my all to ensure that basic education in Nasarawa State works. Yes, it is doable, and it is possible to change the narrative. With the reforms I am introducing, primary education in Nasarawa will be revitalized.” -Dr.Kassim Muh’d Kassim , NSUBEB Chairman
