Igbo Leader In Plateau Solicits For Igbo President, Urges Nigerians To Wisely Vote For Obi

An Igbo leader in Plateau State, Chief Achi Chijioke has solicited the cooperation of Nigerians to wisely, vote for an Igbo President aimed at promoting the unity of one Nigeria.

Achi stated this in Jos on Wednesday while reacting to the challenges of insecurity and lack of unity in southeast Nigeria

He said that it is good for Nigerians to understand that the Igbos have been sidelined completely in the leadership zoning rotation in the country.

Achi Chijioke urged Nigerians to vote Igbo for president of Nigeria in the forthcoming general elections because Peter Obi is the solution to the insecurity and food problems bedeviling us as a people, we want people to consider his pedigrees in managing the affairs of Nigeria.

According to his explanation, many Nigerians are dying and they can’t afford square meals because the hardship is too much,” APC government have messed up the country by destroying the progress of the united commonwealth we enjoy in the past.

He stressed that you can’t say Igbo, Hausa and Yoruba are not ripe to govern this country, but what we are soliciting from fellow compatriots is to give Igbo the chance to the leadership of this great nation.

Achi noted that we appealing to Nigerian voters to imbibe the spirit of sportsmanship and pave the ways for the rotation of leadership to let peace reign.

He emphasized that the Igbos are more united now saying that people should understand that in politics; “we must accommodate each other’s differences and I believe Igbo know what they’re doing.

Achi admonished that the activities of the IPOB would soon fizzle out and can’t stand the test of time, “so we are calling on Nigerians to disregard them.

Speaking also, an Abia-born businessman, Chief Joseph Agwu Igwe said that the problem with the Igbos is that they’ve not found the root causes of why there are so many challenges in Politics among them, you see the Yorubas, the Hausas they use their teamwork to encourage themselves to national politics.

He disclosed that, the way and manner they pursue their common goal, like when they used the Alliance for Democracy, AD, as a political party and the Yoruba united under one umbrella to clear all the seats from councilors to Governors and that AD helped them to reposition in politics.

Joseph tasked the Igbo nation to unite and promote oneness to allow peace to reign.
