Senator Ifeanyi Okowa has won the PDP Guber election in Delta State, Okowa polled, 406 votes, on Monday night to defeat other aspirants.
Other contestants in the race include David Edevbie, who got 299 to come second, former speaker, Victor Ochei, got 185 votes.
