I Inherited 10 Bank Accounts With N3.5 Million In The Handing Over Note-Provost College Of Agriculture

The Provost College of Agriculture, Science, and Technology, Lafia Dr.Yahaya Musa Maikafi has revealed that he inherited different bank accounts with M3.5m in the hand over note when he assumed office in August 2018.

He disclosed this during an interaction with selected Journalists; he however said the institution currently is operating five bank accounts as against ten which he inherited from his predecessor.

He explained that the accounts include SIWES, NHIS, Consultancy, school fees, and salary accounts respectively.

The Provost in addition explained that the institution is running sixteen academic Programmes with Sixty six academic staff out of Two Hundred and Seventy-five staff.

“We have a total of 275 staff in the College out of which 208 are non-academic staff while 66 are academic staff”.

Some of the breakthrough recorded under his headship according to him includes the full accreditation of Eleven Programmes while five programmes are on interim accreditation.
