I Have Been Exonerated By PDP Sponsored Factional Group On Money Laundering – Hon Sango

The embattled People Democratic Party, PDP, Chairman Hon Damishi Sango has urged the supporters to put aside their differences and work hard for the victory of the party at the Appeal Court tribunal.

 

The meeting was graced by Governorship Candidate of the Party ,Sen. Jeremiah Timbut Useni ,Hon Emmanuel magni , Rt Hon Titus Alams ,Barr Danjuma Maina ,Hon Jonathan Dabo ,Dr James Dalop, ,Prof Dimis Mailafia ,and Exco of the Sango led group,Mike Dapialong ,Hon Amos Gombi .

 

Hon Damishi Sango in opening speech welcome the gathering of stakeholders by congratulating them for remaining resolute to the progress and unity of the party .

 

He assured them of the party landslide victory at the appeal tribunal that they are committed to the wellbeing of the state.

 

Sango said the purpose of this stakeholders meeting is to brief them on the progress of the party ,and state delegation in Bayelsa state for the campaign ahead of Governorship election scheduled for November, 2019.

 

According to him, the state exco was invited to Yenagoa ,we won the Local Government election last and how Lalong sworn in four Chairmen in the remaining LGAs ,acknowledge the candidates of PDP in the four Council .

 

He noted that ,we saw how the woman subverted but iam not a lawyer to my conviction shows me that judgment was complete denials of our mandate our candidate is content general ,we know that the outcome will end up at supreme court ..

 

Sango explained further that the APC robbed us our victory, as he solicited the supporters to avail themselves the opportunity to rally their support to candidate of Jos North ,Bassa ,PKK which is tomorrow Tuesday .

 

He lamented the betrayal of members at the just concluded election but they emphasis that I Sango siphon the campaign money which is orchestrated to blackmail me as a student Union leader I have never been found wanting the just cook lies to spoiled my good name .

 

The have different ways of registering their grievances through petition ,campaign money is not given to one person when the mine was given to us Theophilius Dakashan equally pen his signature .

 

Anybody who annoyed because the money couldn’t reach I know my hands are clean ,I want stand and confirm to you that nobody has cheated you , at the meeting the decline about mentioning the issue of money ,he added.

 

Hon Damishi Sango said the factional group exonerated me regarding squandering the party money but I urge them to go to the media and address the journalists, the invitation letter coming from the national Secretariat address to me as the party leader.

 

I won’t compromise my position of which  some people are trying to destroy  the good name I built over the years since I was the Union leader cannot be ,as the party Headquarters in Plateau state came alive full of loyalist .

 

Hon Changkur Sule, promised his overwhelming support to the party by kick starting arrangement for accommodation while in Bayelsa.
