Nasarawa State Governor Engineer Abdullahi Sule has commended the Commissioner for Special Duties Humanitarian Services, Hon.Magaret  Elayo for the good conduct of the beneficiary in the sharing of palliative.

The Governor stated this during the distribution of 50 bags of rice each to beneficiaries at the Local Government Secretariat in Awe Local Government.

He however thanked the Council Chairman, Hon Usman Abubakar for organizing themselves. And the people of Awe.

He also explained that every individual with a ticket as the beneficiary is entitled to one 50 kg bag of rice, adding that people should expect more from palliative.

In Keana Local Government, the Commissioner in her remark in Keana appreciated the Governor for his kind gesture.

She said the people of Keana are different in all ramifications, as she pleaded with the people to be more organised at all times.

“Every beneficiary will carry home one bag of 50 each with N5000”.

The Royal father and Osana of Keans Dr. Abdullahi Amegwa in his speech lauded the Governor for considering the hapless in the society.

Engineer Abdullahi Sule however appreciated the courage and doggedness of the Commissioner for Humanitarian Services and Special Duties, Hon Margarete Elayo.

Describing the female Commissioner as a workaholic cabinet member with a difference.

The Zhe Migili, Dr.Ayuba Agwadu in a goodwill message thanked the President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu for bringing succor to Nigerians who are wallowing in squalor following the removal of fuel subsidy.

Obi   Local Government

The Local Government Chairman of Obi in his opening remark, Joshia Yekpowudu hailed the President and the State Governor for extending his hands of fellowship to the citizens of the State.

He said the people of Obi Local Government are loyal and will continue to be loyal to the current administration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Abdullahi Sule.

The Governor in his address faulted the coordinators of the distribution for organizing a rowdy and ineffective committee, He gave the hint at the palace of Osoku of Obi His Royal Highness, Dangiwa Orume.

He cleared the air that of the four billion Naira, half of the money released to the state is a loan, adding that the effort of the State Government was allocating N5000 each to beneficiaries.

Engineer Abdullahi Sule said 100 people are selected in Awe Local Government, The Governor insisted that people across party lines are entitled to both Federal and State Government palliative.
