Imo State is been halted on daily basis for the past few days as motorists are denied access to right of way.
Even some of the economic activities have been grounded to zero as a result of unnecessary protests here and there, mostly in Owerri Municipality.
Speaking, the Imo State Governor, Sen.Hope Uzodinma, in Owerri, at the Imo Govt.House, frowned at the incessant protests and counter-protest in Owerri, the capital city of Imo State.
“I, Chief Hope, the Governor of Imo State will no longer tolerate any more protest in Owerri, and I shall expressively deal with individuals and groups of persons sponsoring or inciting protesters in Imo State”, says Hope.
The Governor said any more of such actions designed to destabilize his government activities and tamper with the peace of the state will be dealt with, from henceforth.
