Senator Kanti Bello has died.
He died in a Private Hospital in Abuja this morning.
The remains of the former Senate Majority whip is expected in Katsina by 4:00pm for funeral prayers.
His son and Katsina state Commissioner of Resource Development, Mustapha Bello confirmed the death and the funeral arrangements in a telephone interview.
Kanti Bello who represented Daura Zone in Katsina State was an engineer by profession.
He was also the former Managing Director of the then Katsina Steel Factory.
