The New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) candidate for Bauchi north senate in 2019 elections, Honorable Farouk Mustapha has visited the communities within Bauchi north that are affected by recent flood caused by heavy downfall of rain.
Honorable Mustapha who is currently challenging the result of the election that sees Amb. Adamu Bulkachuwa of APC as the winner of the February 23 election at the election petition tribunal, commiserates with the victims and promised to take appropriate measures when he assume his seat at the end of the ongoing litigation.
Hon. Mustapha who was represented by Alhaji Baffah Ahmad visited 31 communities in seven local government areas of Bauchi north. The communities include Gadau, Mashema, Zubuki, Itas of Itas Gadau local government, Disina, Shira in shira local government. Others are Katagum, Sakuwa, Chibiyayi, Tashena, Garko, Garin Malam, Kore, Gamawa, Udubo, Wabu in Gamawa and Zaki Local governments.
