The entire members and leadership of Greater Awgu Leadership Forum (GALF), World-wide, congratulate the Government and people of Nigeria on the election of our Minister of Petroleum Resources, the Honorable Mrs. Diezani Alison-Madueke, as the first woman president of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC).
