As part of encouraging the youths (young people) to play active roles in the global leadership and entrepreneurship in the society, a very renowned leadership icon, Sir.Dr.Linus Okorie,who was the Founder/President,Guardians of the Nation International, GOTNI,on Friday, Dec.13th 2019,at the Rockview Hotel Owerri,successfully held a leadership summit tagged:”Emerging Leaders Conference 2019″.
The theme of the ELC2019 workshop:”Mind Investment: Redefining Priorities and the Entrepreneurial Leaders”.
Dr.Linus Okorie’s ELC Conference 2019 recorded huge successes as so many leadership/motivational speakers from across Nigeria graced the conference.
Amongst the leadership experts who were in attendance includes:the Chairman of Channels Television, Mr.John Momoh, the CEO of Heritage Bank,Mr. Ifie Sekibo,the Vice Chairman of NIPAL Consuting Network,Dr.Chris Asoluka, and the President of Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria, Mazi Sam Ohuabunwa. Others speakers are: the Founder/CEO of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing, Mr.Innocent Chukwuma, a Nollywood Actress, Film Producer, TV Host,Monalisa Chinda-Coker, the Founder/Executive Vice Chairman of Poise Nigeria,Mrs.Mavis Isibor.
More of the motivational speakers in attendance includes: Dayo Benjamin-Laniyi,an Entrepreneur/Communicator, also Dr.Bamidele Joseph,the GMD/CEO of De Steward Group, Rev.Barr.Austen Nnadi,the Personal Development Coach, Writer/Preacher and the Author/Leadership Coach, Mr.Emeka Nobis,amongst other leadership coaches present too numerous.
Speaking,on behalf of the organizers of the 2019 ELC Conference, the Founder/President of GOTNI,Dr.Linus Okorie,expressed satisfaction to a very positive height of the leadership workshop under his watch as an expert in leadership seminars.
He insisted that:”it’s possible to have good leaders from amongst youths”.
In his words, the GOTNI President,Dr.Okorie, assured that his programme of leadership is to transform Nigeria by consciously grooming and nurturing the youths into transformational leaders who have developed the commitment to serve with integrity and excellence.
Dr.Okorie, furthermore charged the youths especially those who participated during the conference to put all they were taught in practice effectively.
Also a very reputable motivational speaker,Mr. Emeka Nobis,a revolutionary author and leadership coach,encouraged the youths to engage themselves into active leadership and entrepreneurship businesses that would prosper them in life.
