Doma Council Boss Lauds Advocacy For Democracy And Good Governance Forum

The executive chairman of Doma Local Government Council of Nasarawa State, Arch Ahmed Sarki Usman has called on Advocacy For Democracy And Good Governance Forum ( ADGGF) to mobilize people for the onging Continued Voters Registration (CVR) exercise ,pleading  with members of the forum to accord utmost support to current administration at all levels.

Arch.Ahmed Sarki Usman said the turnout of people that attained 18 years to acquire their voters card is of greater advantage to the Local Government, saying acquiring voters card will determine the voting power of the council.

He said special attention should be given to the newly created polling units by ensuring that eligible voters are mobilize to come out and register , he however called on the people of the Local  Government  to avail themselves for the forthcoming National Population Census.

Arch Sarki opined that the significance of census can never be overemphasis as the outcome will determine the allocation of an area been it local or state.

He thanked the forum for the show of love

for congratulation him over his emergence as the elected Chairman of Doma local government, saying his administration will work hand in hand with Advocacy For Democracy And Good Governance Forum to change the narrative, he addition described members of the forum as people with proven integrity.

The Chairman of the forum, Ibrahim Adi congratulates the executive Chairman over his landslide victory at the last local government poll, the chairman buttressed that the forum will work round the clock to ensure that Arch Sarki succeed.

Adi said within the shortest time in office the Chairman has make the people proud by providing the core values of politics which he added was open politics by breaking all the shackles.

The Chairman of ADGGF attested that Arch. Sarki is a clear example of a leader on a rescue mission to salvage the council is lacking some social amenities hitherto denied her,

Thanking the Chairman for creating time out of his tight schedule to received the team, he however apologies to the local government for the delay to congratulate him, the courtesy call ended with exchange of pleasantries.
