Revealed: Doma Council Boss, LG Secretary, How Two Friends, Now Bitter Enemies, Are In Fierce Battle Over Chairmanship Seat-Investigation

The Local Government Chairman, Arc. Ahmed Sarki Usman was accused by some of his appointees who were relinquished of their positions.

Another setback of the Executive Chairman was the fiasco between him and the elected Councillors of the ten electoral wards.

The Chairman who had four out of the ten electoral wards has now lost eight out of the ten wards, That is to say, his fate hangs in the balance.

Some of the aggrieved elected Councillors and some supervisors and electoral officials work in favor of the outgoing Chairman.

Another sin of the Council Chairman was the disengagement of all his aides numbering 150 and they are paid either N9000 or N7000 and since last year dissolved.

At the time of filing this report, it was gathered that only one Special Adviser and Special Assistant with few Supervisory Councillors are still on the payroll.

The Council Secretary, It was gathered had written to resign his position on several occasions but elders and party officials waded into the matter to calm the rumpus that was yet to ensue not until now that the cat was let out of the bag.

Party Stalwarts Ready For Showdown Over Their Exclusion In Fertilizer Distribution

Critical stakeholders of the ruling All Progressives Congress in Doma Local Government Area of Nasarawa State continued to express concern and have resolved to pay the Executive Chairman back, The Council Chairman, according to feelers revealed that is having a running battle with coordinators across the ten electoral wards of Doma Local Government.

The questions that needed ardent attention who is with Arc Ahmed Sarki Usman? Is it the State Deputy Governor who held from Doma, Dr Emmanuel Akabe the Commissioner of Finance, Hajiya Munirat Abdullahi Hussaini, or the Local Government party Chairman, Abubakar Ali Goshi.

The last straw that breaks the camel’s back is the recent sharing of 1000 bags of fertilizer meant for peasant farmers as directed by the State Governor, Engineer Abdullahi Sule, who was at the venue of the distribution, This single act keeps people talking aftermath of the gory episode.

Insiders revealed that the executive Chairman was interrogated by the secret police for six hours which, The Council Chairman also confirmed to some selected Journalists that he was detained by the operatives of the Department of State Security over the disappearance of fertilizer for six hours.

Other allegations raised on the disappearance of relief materials brought to the Local Government by the National Emergency Management Agency was masterminded by the Council Chairman, Arc. Ahmed Sarki Usman and one of his aides, But the Chairman debunked the allegation of diversion of fertilizer and NEMA relief material.

Insiders are accusing the Chairman of spending money to the tune of N408,000,000 m for the remodeling of 204 lock-up shops at the Doma Wednesday market.

Arc. Ahmed Sarki Usman was accused of mismanagement of N26,000,000 m refunded by the anti-graft agency, The Economic and Financial Crime Commission, The Chairman confided to Universal Reporters Online that the money was used to build 8 lock-up shops in Wednesday’s market.

However, some experts in building and construction explained to Universal Reporters that the 8/16 shops is too much for the shops and that the Chairman did not bought new land for the project, and that the building was a direct labor.

Only time shall tell as Universal Reporters  will reveal more on the monthly spending of the outgoing Chairman and claim of procurement and distribution of Local palliative to the tune ofN75,000,000m which includes the purchase of 200 cartoons of Maggie to the tune of N10,000,000 m
