There are strong indications that the Speaker, House Of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara and his Chief of Staff, Mr Jerry Manwe may be spoiling for war.

According to a source the alleged altercation followed illegal appointments of legislative aides through the Speaker’s office by the Chief of Staff.

The source added that the beneficiaries of the appointments are mostly young ladies who are alleged to be the Chief of Staff’s girlfriends, while others are his kinsmen from Taraba state who are PDP supporters apparently to pacify them ahead of 2019 election.

This was just as it was learnt by this medium that the Speaker Dogara has reviewed the appointments to protect his seat and to escape vituperation from his immediate Federal Constituency.

It was gathered that the Chief of Staff gives out appointments base on nepotism and favouritism and without the Speaker’s approval.

This development as learnt by universalreporters247.com have set Dogara at a war path with his people at home, even as it learnt that  only few of his political foot soldiers were given appointments.

The Chief of Staff as reliably gathered appears to be a stumbling block to Dogara’s followers from Bauchi state; an attempt which feelers believe may affect Dogara in future political endeavours.

Another source hinted that some boys believe to be die heart of Dogara during his election campaign are now at war with the Speaker following the way they are being handled by the Speaker’s Chief of Staff.

The source also told this medium that, one of the Speaker’s aide has threatened to tear his appointment letter, even as other of  the Speaker’s boys has been lamenting of betrayal in spite of their huge contribution to Dogara’s political struggle and success.
