COVID-19: Rt Hon Ibrahim  Babs ,Yipmong To Constituent’s To  Observe ,”Social Distance “

The Former Deputy Speaker of Plateau State House of Assembly and Member Representing Jos North -North constituency ,Hon Ibrahim Baba-Hassan has charged the people of his constituency to brace up for the new virus by following the government  advice of restrictions of movement and hand washing regulation .

 

Speaking in their separate voices, Hon Ibrahim Baba-Hassan said people should imbibe the culture of keeping distance to avoid the contact with those who are already with the symptoms.

 

He disclosed that citizens of plateau should see this disease as real and the only alternative of preventing yourself from acquiring it by obeying the restrictions order of staying at home, don’t touch mouth and eyes with the hand.

 

Baba-Hassan reiterated that this disease is not a respecter of individuals on the basic of tribes, religious or class affiliation so we must be careful to avoid contacting the disease.

 

He urged Nigerian to observe total compliance to the instruction order towards preventing the spread of pandemic at home to the family.

 

Meanwhile, the Deputy Speaker Rt Hon Saleh Shehu Yipmong maintained that sequel to the earlier decision of state government to shutdown activities at our markets, schools, offices across the country.

 

He advised  Federal, state  Government to continue to review situations as they concern the fight against the spread of COVID-19 and take measures, even if stringent, to safeguard lives.

 

 

This decision has become imperative in respect to the need for continuous social distancing and other health safety measures against the spread of COVID-19.

 

Saleh said ,therefore ,the COVID-19 is real so we should all put aside all fears and tackle the disease by adherence to the procedure for staying at home not sharing the virus through distance ,hands washing.

 

Yipmong cautioned the citizens of plateau to stay indoor , we learn to practice the rules of keeping social distance by avoiding attending public function.
