In compliance with the subsisting court order, the Registered Trustees of Iwo Central Mosque, Osun State has announced its new leadership and Islamic Scholars as appropriate to replace the one illegally appointed by the non-registered trustees of Central Mosque Iwo Osun State.
“We hereby act in the interest of Law, Fair Hearing and Justice as pronounced by the court of Law as follows:
1- Sheikh Abdulfatai Adeyemi Olododo (Chief Imam of Iwoland)
2- Sheikh Hasimiyu Ejalonibu (Naibu “Otun” Imam of Iwoland)
3- Shaykh Khalifat Asiru Adio Imran (Ajanasi Agba of Iwoland)
4- Shaykh Imam Nuraeni Usaefat Asati (Mufasiru of Iwoland)
5- Shaykh Jumuhat Ake (Otun Ajanasi of Iwoland)
6- Shaykh Abdul Ganiy Hamzat Mogaji (Olori Oniwasi of Iwoland)
7- Shaykh Subaeru Afolabi (Eketa Ajanasi of Iwoland)
“All these appointments are hereby confirmed and it takes immediate effect in compliance with the court verdict.
“That these new appointment names should be announced on Radio and Television to serve as Notice for all and sundry in Osun State that Registered Trustee of Central Mosque Iwo Osun State has complied with the verdict of the Court as pronounced in all the court verdicts so that we would not be liable in contempt”, the statement noted.
