The Governor of Nasarawa State, Engr.Abdullahi Sule has confirmed that Nasarawa State is Coronavirus free.
The State Governor confided he came into contact with two persons who were confirmed of having Coronavirus.
He further maintained that he came into contact with them in the cause of discharging his State responsibility.
He affirmed that the test for COVID- 19 is too expensive for the common man.
He warned clerics in the State capital and its environs to shut down all prayer places with immediate effect as from Friday and Sunday.
Engr.Sule said the State Government has taken steps to avert the gathering of crowd during marriage and naming ceremony.
He said Government would not fold it arms seeing people gathering at occasions.
