The National Auditor of the Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE), Comrade Ayuba Shamdung Jepla has condoled with the Dabis family of Ndah Daniel Datau Dabis, whose father died on Friday 22nd January 2021 at the golden age of 82.
Comrade Shamdung during his courtesy calls to the family and his entourage described the late Baba-Dabis as a visionary leader that has contributed to the development of the family and the entire Pankshin LGA of the state.
The late Ndah Daniel Datau Dabis was born on the 15th may, 1939 at Twaskat in Chip district of Pankshin Lga of Plateau State.
According to Jepla, the deceased was a renowned and respected community leader and elder statesman who contributed immensely to humanity and Society through his positive knowledge of society.
Comrade Shamdung says that his death was a great loss to his immediate family, Mhiship Chiefdom, and Pankshin LGA in general.
The national Auditor urged the bereaved family and the Mhiship Chiefdom to take solace in the quality of life lived by the departed elder statesman, whose contributions will be remembered for many years to come.
Comrade Shamdung lamented that the late elder statesman has to be a rallying point to his family and one of those who encouraged his political ambition,
He stressed that the late community leader left at the time his wise counsel and guidance are needed the most while praying God to grant him eternal rest as well comfort his family.
The Baba Datau Davis was appointed caretaker Councilor in Pankshin LGA in 1987 and served for six months and also appointed acting Chairman of Pankshin LGA and also served for a period of one day.
He was committed to mother earth on Friday 29th January 2021 in Pankshin, opposite General Hospital in a native town.
