CNCY Apologizes To Northern CAN Leadership, Chairman

The Congress of Northern Christian Youth (CNCY) , has tendered an apology to the leadership of the Christian Association of Nigeria in the nineteen (19) Northern States over a publication that read, “Youth CAN Chairman drums support for Lalong as DG for Tinubu/Shettima Campaign “.

Spokesman of the CNCY, Mr. Sylvester Ezekiel in an interview with our correspondent in Jos disclosed the publication was not aimed at tarnishing the integrity or the reputation of the National Chairman, Evang. Musa Misai .

He apologized that there was an interaction between Sylvester Ezekiel and the Universal Reporters which was published using his name and that is not deliberate.

Ezekiel explained that the mistake doesn’t mean to rubbish the leadership of the 19 Northern states, Evang Musa Misal, we CNCY which is a sub-unit that is not officially registered hereby tender apology to CAN.

We urge him and his enter leadership of the Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, in the north to accept our unalloyed support for the unity of Christ’s oneness.

Ezekiel stressed those who feel aggrieved should find a place in their hearts and forgive and forget for the progress of our religions.
